Mondays: Start your week with Vinyasa Yoga

​​Vinyasa yoga class begins with gentle warm-up, the asanas are performed in flowing sequences. At the end of the practice, we take time for deep relaxation.

Classes are open to all levels and age groups, and beginners are very welcome! It will be taught in English or German, depending on the participants.
