I teach Vinyasa Yoga classes in German and English depending on the group (all levels). Beginners are very welcome!
Vinyasa Yoga is like a meditation in movement. We focus on the subtle connection between breath, movement and the here and now.

Yin Yoga Classes
Yin yoga is a slow and passive style of yoga, designed to prepare the body for deep relaxation and meditation. It helps to find the right balance for everyone living an active lifestyle.
Practice involves a series of seated and supine postures, typically held for 3-5 minutes at a time. Yin yoga is a great practice for beginners and advance students.
Office Yoga
Corporate yoga class is a great way to improve emotional and physical wellness at the workplace.
My Office Yoga sessions are designed to help your employees relax and improve their postural alignment and productivity.
Private Yoga Sessions
Private yoga classes are perfect if you want to practise alone, with a partner or a small group of friends. You will get individual guidance and adjustments. Each private session can be created according to your personal interests.
